Tickets to the Experience may also be available via third-party websites (whether operated by our affiliate partners or other third-parties). We are not responsible for such third-party websites or their purchase and privacy policies. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the applicable policies of any such third-party websites with which you transact business.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Types of Tickets and Late Arrival
Each ticket is issued for a specific date and time slot within an allocated price category. As such, you must review your ticket selection before you submit and confirm your order. We recommend validating your tickets at the Experience at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to your selected and reserved time slot. By accepting the terms of these Purchase Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay the full price of the tickets ordered, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges, convenience or service fees and any other cost, as described in detail in the purchase process. You acknowledge that the Experience facility has a maximum occupancy capacity and therefore if you arrive late after your scheduled reserved time, you may only be admitted based on availability of the next time slot (subject to the payment of additional fees, as applicable), at our sole discretion. If no immediate or imminent admission is possible for latecomers, we will use reasonable efforts to offer a rescheduled date and time having an equal or lesser value, however rescheduling is not guaranteed and you will not receive a refund of any kind in the event your visit cannot be rescheduled.
Pricing and Availability
Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, the Experience call center or the Experience box office. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular dates and times may sell out quickly.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via technical support (407-261-4443) whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Service Fees and Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased via the Site, Experience call center and Experience box office are subject to a per ticket service fee and applicable taxes, which will be displayed to you during the purchasing process. In certain cases, delivery fees may be owed.
Number of Tickets or “Ticket Limits”
When purchasing tickets via the Site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each transaction (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. You may also be limited to a maximum number of transactions per day. These policies are in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices and fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the applicable limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. In the event we cancel such orders, we will refund the purchase price, service fees, and applicable taxes to the method of payment. Delivery fees, if any, are nonrefundable.
Experience Cancellations and Modifications
Occasionally, Experience days and times are canceled or modified. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that scheduled timed entry. For exact instructions on any canceled or changed Experience days and times, please check the Experience information online or contact us.
Please make sure to provide your confirmation number to facilitate the exchange or refund process, if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your Experience day and time selection. We typically prohibit exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when prohibited, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts, online accounts, or email addresses on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from making transactions via the Site.
If we issue you a refund for a ticket purchased via the Site due to an Experience cancellation or modification, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees and applicable taxes. In no event will delivery fees or any other amounts be refunded. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with an Experience cancellation or modification.
Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefit offered to tickets with a dollar value.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Feld Entertainment’s customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Tickets purchased via the Site will be delivered by e-mail at the e-mail address you indicate. You may print your ticket(s) and present them at the Experience or present your ticket(s) via a mobile device.
Printing tickets at the Experience facility may be subject to an additional charge.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on our Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of the website.
Limitation of Liability
If you cause damage or harm (to property at the Experience or to other third parties) at the site of the Experience, you will be held responsible. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feld Entertainment, Inc., NBCUniversal and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, administrators, representatives and agents, and all other persons acting on their behalf, from and against all claims, actions, damages or other demands, including reasonable attorney fees and expenses arising from or in connection with your breach of these Purchase Terms and Conditions.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
We reserve the right to cancel any tickets or order of tickets and to institute legal proceedings against you if you breach any terms and conditions of these Purchase Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to request photo ID of the ticketholder. You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions issued by us and the Experience facility. We reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, who fails to comply with any applicable Experience rules, policies, terms or conditions, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances. Breach of any applicable rules, policies, terms or conditions will terminate your license to attend the Experience without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree that Experience is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the Experience facility are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the Experience. You grant permission to us and the other Experience presenters and Experience facility, and all of our respective affiliated entities, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Experience (regardless of whether before, during or after Experience entry) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched at any time during the Experience. Your consent to such searches will waive any rights to related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to (or removed from) the Experience without refund or other compensation. Certain items may not be brought into the Experience facility, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), weapons, fireworks, bundles and containers.
Unlawful Resale of Tickets; Promotions
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Maximum resale premiums and restrictions apply, including the provisions of NY ART & CULTURAL AFFAIRS LAW Article 25. Tickets may not be resold within 500 feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law, unless a valid legal exemption applies. We are not responsible for providing legal advice regarding resale or pricing of tickets. You are responsible for complying with all applicable ticket resale laws. In addition, we reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of our policies. Because we do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third-party reseller (such as brokers or individuals), we recommend that you purchase tickets directly through us, authorized partners or from the Experience box office to ensure ticket authenticity. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us.
If any term, provision or section of these Purchase Terms and Conditions or any portion of such term, provision or section is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Purchase Terms and Conditions will not be affected thereby and each remaining term, provision or section, or portion thereof, will be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by applicable law. In lieu of each term, provision or section of these Purchase Terms and Conditions which is invalid or unenforceable, there shall be added as a part of these Purchase Terms and Conditions a term, provision or section as nearly identical as may be possible and as may be legal, valid and enforceable.
